Sysnovation President and Principal Consutant Dave Walden once again had the privilege of being the Editor-in-Chief of the INCOSE Systems Engineering Handbook. After more than five years of effort, the Fifth Edition of the handbook was released in July 2023. It has been restructured and updated to reflect the state-of-the-good-practice in systems engineering. Sysnovation training materials reflect this latest edition, along with other systems engineering resources. Contact Sysnovation to explore how your company can leverage the INCOSE SE Handbook for your success!
Sysnovation is giving a five-day SE Principles course to RFA/Matrix Engineering Monday-Friday, 6-10 November 2023 in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The course is based on the Fifth Edition of the INCOSE SE Handbook, which was released in July of this year. RFA has the capacity to include additional students in the course and have graciously opened the course up to external participants. The seats are available on a first-come, first served basis. The price is significantly discounted for INCOSE and SAE members. Please contact Jon Ness at email@example.com for more details and to register.
In partnership with Purdue University, Sysnovation President and Principal Consutant Dave Walden teaches an on-line systems engineering course, typically offered each Fall, Spring, and Summer. This is an eight-week intensive asynchronous on-line course that elaborates on the concepts in the INCOSE SE Handbook and the INCOSE SE Competencies Framework. Students that achieve a grade of 85% or better earn INCOSE Certification Academic Equivalency, satisfying the knowledge requirement (i.e., they do not need to take the INCOSE CSEP/ASEP exam).
